A train passenger has been crushed to death in the most horrific manner after he got caught between a train and the railway platform.

A really unlucky passenger has been crushed to death between a high-speed train and a railway platform when he failed to pull himself up in time after suddenly running across the tracks.
According to The Sun UK, the man in his 30s is believed to have dashed to make the train but slipped and became wedged between a carriage and the platform.
The horrific accident in Nanjing South Railway Station in China’s Jiangsu Province was caught on video by a stunned bystander.

It is reported that the man realised he was on the wrong platform and dashed across the tracks.
According to witnesses, he remained conscious and struggled to free himself.
Police officers as well as firefighters tried to keep him awake and conscious by continuously calling his name during the rescue.
But he eventually passed out and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Firemen removed his body by breaking apart the concrete platform and creating enough space to pull him from the gap.
