A Nollywood actress has called on Nigerians to ask God for help on the case of controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo who is being held in prison for defamation.

Popular Yoruba actress Dayo Amusa has called on Nigerians to pray for Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo who is
being held in prison for defamation against a popular Port Harcourt-based pastor.
Amusa who once engaged Olunloyo in a bitter online verbal fight revealed what truly caused the beef that generated into a full blown social media war.
The fight started after Olunloyo called a veteran actor a ritualist. Amusa didn't take that kindly and lambasted Olunloyo for making such unsubstantiated and hefty allegation. Amusa called Olunloyo a psycho that has been frustrated by life.

Olunloyo didn't take that kindly as she countered Amusa calling her a prostitute, “diabolical bitch and whore”.
"Kemi Olunloyo as far as I am concerned, she is not someone I know before I had an encounter with her.
"I just saw a tweet she tweeted and I felt irritated. That was what started the whole drama then but then I guess, everybody needs a second chance." Amusa said.
She added that sometimes when she reads what Olunloyo puts out on social media, she feels terrible.
Amusa said: "I see her as someone that needs prayer. I'm sorry but then I don't know sometimes I read what she puts out there and I'm like for real.
"But then I cannot crucify her for her opinion. Everybody has rights to his or her own opinion."
Olunloyo and a Port Harcourt-based publisher, Samuel Walson were sent to prison after hearing on their bail application was stalled on Thursday.

Also speaking about the Iyabo Ojo who was accused by Stephanie Ogbonna of having threesome with Apostle Johnson Suleman, Amusa said: "He that wears the shoes knows where it hurts. I just pray that God grants her the wisdom to know how to deal with it."
