PDP's Opinion Poll Against APC Backfires as Nigerians Disgrace Party

It is safe to say the APC has defeated the faltering PDP on its home soil as an opinion poll organised by the latter yielded undesirable and negative results.

The leadership of the People's Democratic Party, PDP in Nigeria has ostensibly shot itself in the leg with an opinion poll against the two-year administration of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

The poll question which asked; "March 28, 2015, APC won the President election and many guber elections. Are Nigerians better off today than 2 years ago?"went massively in favour of the APC-led government of change.

Out of the 11,264 participants that voted on the Twitter page of the main opposition party of Nigeria, 64% voted YES while just 36% voted NO.

Some Nigerians also went on to list the achievements of the current administration in the areas of security and corruption which was rife during the 16-year reign of the PDP.

This is a mjor indication that the popularity of the PDP has waned drastically and this could affect their chances of making a comeback in the 2019 general elections coupled with the endless leadership tussle ravaing the large political party.
