The deplorable state of the only secondary school in Odu-Ogboyaga area of Kogi state has surfaced online. Coincidentally, that is the village of the current governor of the state, Idris Wada.
The photos you are about to see may look like abandoned historical structures but on the contrary, they are buildings currently in use by the Government Secondary School,Odu-Ogboyaga in Kogi state which coincidentally is the village of the current governor of the state, Idris Wada.
Surprisingly, the school is the only secondary school in the village and also 500 metres away from the governor's house which is the only habitable building in the area.
This calls for an attention by the state government in order to give better and adequate formal education to the students under a conducive environment.
