Nigerian singer, Davido has been given just seven days to pay up for a Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 he bought after allegedly attempting to use a dud cheque to clear the balance payment.

Nigerian Singer, Davido has found himself in serious trouble as the lawyer to the car dealer he allegedly issued a dud cheque for a Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 he bought for N53million has given him a 7-day ultimatum.
According to the letter by the lawyer, Davido had only paid N45.6million of the N53million cost of the automobile. While attempting to pay a balance of N7.4million, the Omo Baba Olowo issued the dealer two Zenith Bank cheques which unfortunately bounced upon presentation at the bank.
The car dealer, Mr. Anekwu Chika through his lawyer, Wahab Shittu has made it obvious that Davido might be dragged to court over the matter if he refuses to do the needful.
