A suspected serial burglar accused of breaking into shops in the South-south of Nigeria has been given the bitter taste of jungle justice.

According to a report by a social media user named Sapele Oghenek, the suspected thief pictured here whose name is Lyke was caught while stealing rods from a popular shop in Delta along Cemetery Road, Rainoil, around 5am on April 10.
When interrogated after receiving a series of beating from a mob, he admitted that this was not his first time. According to him, he resides at Crudas road.
