Good Night: Two Soldiers Killed Yesterday by Boko Haram During Monguno Clash (Photos)

Two gallant Nigerian soldiers have paid the supreme price while fighting to defend the territorial integrity of Nigeria against Boko Haram terrorists in the north-eastern part of the country.

A social media user, Ma'aji Umar Adamu based in the northern part of the country has announced the regretable demise of two Nigerian troops who lost their lives in the ongoing battle against terrorists in Borno State.
 
The young soldiers were killed during a gun duel with Boko Haram members. Their names have been given as Charles Ticto Uchenna Ilo and Bisong Otu who hailed from Barsan village in Boki Local Government Area of Cross Rivers State.

Mr. Charles was reportedly killed while participating in the recapture of the Monguno Army Base in Borno State during which Boko Haram insurgents suffered significant losses.
 
Boko Haram has continued to be a torn in the flesh of Nigerians since 2009 causing severe hardship in the northern part of the country.
