A man has left a house owner in serious shock after he was caught frying chicken and drinking wine in a house he burgled.

An Archer man was arrested Thursday and charged with burglary after deputies say he stole chicken and vodka from a home, according to an Alachua County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
Gainesville reports that Ronald Gregory Wesly, 34, of 18802 SW 170th Ave., entered a woman’s home after she left for work, deputies said.
When the victim arrived, she found Wesly frying chicken that had been in the refrigerator and drinking her vodka.
Wesly has two earlier theft convictions in Levy County. He was held in the Alachua County jail. His bail had not been set Thursday morning.
