A Nigerian man has explained why it's foolish to have an elaborate birthday celebration if you're above 28-years-old and still not married.

A Nigerian Twitter user identified simply as Solomon (@YSGNG), is of the opinion that people who are above 28 that celebrate their birthdays lavishly should be highly insulted.
