A three-man presidential panel, headed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, is currently grilling the suspended Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

The suspended Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, is currently being interrogated by the presidential panel probing him for the alleged mismanagement of funds meant for the northeast.
The three-man panel, headed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, is investigating the allegations of violations of law and due process made against the suspended SGF in the award of contracts under the Presidential Initiative on the North-East.
This is Babachir's first appearance before the committee which was constituted last Wednesday.
