Rapper Busta Rhymes was arrested and charged for assault after he threw a protein drink at a worker at a Chelsea gym last night.

Famous American rapper, Trevor Tahiem Smith Jr popularly known as Busta Rhymes, 43 has been arrested and charged for assault after he threw a protein drink at a worker at a Chelsea gym yesterday night, 5th of August.
According to NY Daily, the incident took place at 8:30 pm. Busta threw the cardboard Lean Body protein drink container during a dispute with the employee at the Steel Gym. The bottle hit the worker in the back of the head but no serious injuries were sustained. According to witnesses, Busta has a history of bitterness with the employee.
The star was charged with assault in the second degree after his arrest and it is believed that he is still in jail.
Busta Rhymes’ lawyer said: "This is another attempt to take advantage of Busta’s celebrity status."
