Former VP Atiku's Daughter & Ex Gov. Nyako's Aide Nominated Commissioners in Adamawa

A daughter of Vice President Atiku Abubakar has been nominated as commissioner in Adamawa State.

 
Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar's daughter, Fatima Atiku Abubakar, has been nominated as a commissioner in Adamawa State. She was listed as one of 22 commissioner nominees sent by Governor Bindow Jibirilla on Thursday to the state House of Assembly for screening.

Furthermore, two associates of the former VP were also nominated, Ibrahim Mijinyawa, a former gubernatorial aspirant of APC, and Umar Daware.

A former director of press and public affairs to former Governor Murtala Nyako, Ahmed Sajoh, was also named a nominee. The list has two former commissioners of the Nyako administration, namely, Lilian Kayode, and Mohammad Mustapha.

Four women made the list. They are Shanti Victoria Shashi, Kaletapwa Farauta, Fatima Atiku Abubakar and Lilian Nabe Kayode.

The State House of Assembly complex was filled as early as 9:00am on Thursday, August 6, as political associates, friends and well wishers of the nominees besieged the premises.
