Mrs. Ifeoma Okenwa, a cleaner with the Enugu University Teaching Hospital (ESUT), Parklane Hospital, has cried out for financial help.
God in his characteristic manner of overwhelming someone with blessing, dazed her and her husband with a set of triplets, 2 boys and a girl, when all they wanted was a girl after they had their first set of twin boys.
According to Chris Isiguzo, NUJ VP, South-East, Ifeoma who gave birth through CS, earns N22,000 a month while her husband, Felix, an electrician at the same hospital, earns N25,000 monthly.
Ifeoma, while expressing appreciation to God for the blessings, called well-meaning Nigerians to come to their aid.
She said: "We hail From Ekpeofu Nkanu East council of the state, we presently live somewhere in Amaechi Awkunanaw. We are yet to be discharged. Its obvious the money will be so much. We really need assistance. We were looking for just a baby after the first set of twins, but surprisingly we have triplet."
