Some irate children have left the face of their step-mother bloodied after a vicious attack recorded in the northern part of Nigeria.

The unidentified woman pictured above escaped being killed by her step children in Kaduna state, according to an Instagram user, @mss_sashs.
She wrote; "Some heartless step children attempted killing this woman you see in picture here in anguwan rimi kaduna less seek justice for this poor mother (sic)"
The cause of their indiscriminate action remains unknown but an urgent appeal is being made to the Kaduna State government to address the situation and protect the lives and properties of the victim.
