A young Nigerian man who is a cultist has escaped death after vigilantes came to his rescue during a cult war in Delta state.
The cultist identified as Precious Stanley
A Nigerian cultist has found himself in trouble after he was shot during a cult war in Delta state.
According to Sapele Oghenek the cultist identified as Precious Stanley who belongs to the Eiye Confraternity was shot during a cult war with BG (Baga cult group). He was seen shouting for help as he begged people not to allow him die before he was rescued.
Many other people involved in the war were dealt with several machete cuts. During the cult war, weapons such as cutlasses, razor blades, battle axes or other forms of bottles were used freely. Also, some other cultists used gun during the bloody attack.
Stanley who said he lives at Decima by Macpherson road was rescued by vigilantes led by Team Victor Asikolo.
The youths have been cautioned to stay away from cultism as the only thing it only leads them to death.
