Heavy rainfall over the weekend in Sokoto has adversely affected a major bridge in Sokoto.
The heavy rainfall in Sokoto on Sunday morning, 9th of August resulted in the almost total collapse of the Danmarke Bridge.
The road is the only link between Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi. This has really affected vehicular movements in the region.
