Soldiers in Nassarawa State were said to have meted out inhumane treatment on a civilian by stripping him naked and flogging him in a gutter.
According to reports, a civilian was stripped naked and being beaten in a gutter by soldiers at Mararaba, Nassarawa state on Saturday August 8.
The reason for the horrific torture could not be ascertain at the time of filing in this report.
