Construction heavyweights,Julius Berger have returned to Rivers state for a road project after a very lengthy break.
Governor Nyesom Wike who promised during his governorship campaign to bring back Julius Berger to fix the roads has matched his words with action.
Julius Berger stopped working in Rivers State in 2007 due to security situation and cost of hiring security for its foreign workers. The company is back and work has began in full scale.
