A policeman was spotted jumping on a fast-moving Keke Napep around Victoria Island,Lagos over the refusal of the rider to stop and offer a bribe.
A Traffic police trying to stop a Keke NAPEP rider on Ahmadu Bello Way, VI, this morning, 12th of August, jumped on the moving Keke.
A Facebook user who was an eyewitness to the incident said the policeman was trying to extort money from the rider.
