An unnamed cattle rearer might be reeling in losses currently following the death and multiple injuries sustained by some of his domestic animals.

A freaky accident happened early this morning, 9th of June, 2019 on the busy Benin-Sapele Road, Benin City, Edo state as a herd of cow rammed into a fast moving truck resulting in the fatal killing of a cow and gushing injuries to many others.
Officials of FRSC, NEMA, Civil Defense, Red Cross, Fire Brigade, Nama Ambulance Services and Animal Rights Society reportedly rushed to the scene of the incident to clear the road.
Nigeria has been battling with the ills of pastoral farming in recent times leading to organised and escalated conflicts between herdsmen and residents of local communities.
