A woman has left her entire community in complete shock after hanging herself at the home of a headmaster.

Rebecca Bernard, a married Zimbabwean woman from Mutanda Village in Gutu has shocked the community after she hung herself at the house of a school head who she is believed to have had an affair with.
According to Masvingo Mirror, efforts to get a comment from the Police were fruitless but sources said Rebecca Bernard whose age was not given, hung herself at the homestead of Chivasa Primary School head Tellmore Chimombe.
Efforts to get a comment from Chimombe (the headmaster) were fruitless for the last three days.
The Mirror established that Bernard had not been burried by Wednesday as negotiations between the husband and the headmaster were still on going.
Allegations are that on Sunday, Bernard and Chimombe had a misunderstanding over a cellphone when they were at Mushwayi Business Centre and Bernard assaulted Chimombe with a hard object on the head and he sustained a deep cut.
The following morning Bernard`s body was found by Chimombe`s child hanging outside their home.
Sources told The Mirror that Bernard was married and her husband stays in Harare.
