National Hospital in the capital, Abuja, has made history as the first in the country to live-tweet during a live operation.

 
During an operation to repair a hole in the heart of an 8-year-old girl, the National Hospital in Abuja has made history as the first in the country to live-tweet during an operation.

The Hospital spokesman, Dr Tayo Haastrup said that it was done to show Nigeria’s expertise to the world, and that there were no ethical concerns as the patient had not been identified. Read the tweets below;
