A car battery thief has been disgraced and punished in Lagos State after he was caught stealing from a vehicle.

A thief who specializes in robbing cars has been caught red-handed after he stole a car battery. He was then forced to carry it on his head.
The thief, according to reports can open any car without using a key. He was paraded in public by angry people who caught him in the act.
The incident happened in Lagos.
