A policeman named Livinus Michael who is a member, police special squad led by Abba Kyari, an Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) to arrest suspected dare-devil kidnapper, Chukwudemeje George Onwamadike aka Evans has recounted his story.
Evans, the kidnapper
For seven years, suspected dare-devil kidnapper, Chukwudemeje George Onwamadike aka Evans, escaped police dragnet.
His escape during his daring kidnapping runs had conferred on him supernatural invincibility of a sort. His reign, however, came to an end last Saturday, after a police special squad led by Abba Kyari, an Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), arrested him at his No 3, Fred Shoboyede Street, Magodo, Lagos home after surveillance.
A member of the Intelligence Response Team led by Abba Kyari who was injured during the arrest of Evans has shared his testimony on social media.
In a Facebook post, Livinus Michael showed his injured arm which is currently healing. Reports have it that Evans slammed the door against a policeman during his arrest but the name of the operative wasn't mentioned.
Mr Michael revealed that the police operatives worked assiduously to finally arrest the billionaire kidnapper, Evans who has made a fortune from his donkey years of banditry.

"I give Almighty God the glory and my boss Abba Kyari my 1 and only commander, and Abdulraham Ejily team 1, Abba K lead us 2 arrest the notorious and richest kidnapper Evans in which i sustained injury in the cos of his arrest but than God I'm ok now. Thanks 2 God annd IRT for the dedication and manhunt of Evans. We had sleepless night and end of the day he was arrested."
