According to The Sun UK, the pair made no effort to conceal what they were doing on the bus as it sped down a motorway in Fife, Scotland.
In a clip shared online, the woman can be seen on her knees performing a s*x act on the man who has his trousers around his ankles.
They are in full view of other passengers and passing traffic.
The 18-year-old student who took the video told The Sun: “It still hasn’t sunk in what I’ve seen.”
“I stood up to move and just looked down to see a woman between this man’s knees.
“I couldn’t believe my eyes.
“They didn’t seem to care that there were other people around or that kids might see them.”
