A man has subjected his own son to a brutally inhumane torture after accusing the boy of doing something bad.

A 13 years old child in Sagamu who was chained hands and feet by his biological father, has been rescued by operatives of the Ogun State Police Command.
According to The Nation, the boy’s father, identified as Adeoye Oreyomi (41), has also been arrested by the Police for “dehumanizing” his son Demola Oreyomi.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, in a statement said the suspect who resides claimed that the boy stole his N2000.
Abimbola added that this prompted the father to stripe the boy naked, tie both hands and legs with chain and padlocked it.
According to the Police image maker, neighbours who feared that the boy might die because of the torture, alerted the Police at the Sagamu Divisional Headquarters where Aduroja Moses mobilised a team of Police officers to the scene and met the boy soaked in his own blood.
He was quickly rescued and taken to the Owokoniran hospital Sagamu for treatment while the Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, has directed that the suspect be charged to court as soon as the investigation is concluded.
He also warned that the command would not tolerate any act of lawlessness from anybody no matter how highly placed the person may be.
