Lagosians Stranded as BRT Operators Embark on Strike Over Unpaid Salaries (Photos)

Passengers in Lagos were left seriously stranded in Lagos state following the sad strike embarked by BRT workers over unpaid salaries.

Residents of Lagos going to work early this morning who normal use the Bus Rapid Transit for transportation were left in a state of shock after discovering that the staff of the company have embarked on a strike over unpaid salaries leaving many people stranded.
 
 
Some Lagosians who didn't know about the incident until this morning were forced to find alternative means of transportation which caused them to arrive late at work. Some were seen trekking, while others hissed and cursed the government over the incident.
 
 
It was gathered that the staff members were protesting unpaid salaries in some parts of Lagos state.
 
A Twitter user, Babatunde Ojedokun shared photos of the stranded workers who resorted to trekking as they waited tirelessly for the buses.
 
However, it was learnt that the operators of the BRT buses, Primero later resolved the issue amicably.
