A local car thief who stole a vehicle in Kano has met his waterloo after locals who got a wind of the information intercepted him on the highway.

Hausa media page, Rariya has reported the news of a middle-aged man who was accused of stealing a car within the Kano metropolis and making away with it.
He was apprehended by people and beaten throughly with the vehicle seized from him. Much details were not provided by the page which reported the crime in the local language.
