A man has gotten himself into serious trouble after climbing the roof of his neighbour with a ladder and shooting the man.

Charles Omadime, a 36-year-old man, who allegedly shot his neighbour, one Ernest Uwanyerem, after climbing to the roof top of the victim’s bed room with a ladder, was yesterday arraigned before an Igbosere magistrate’s court Lagos.
Vanguard reports that the defendant is facing a two-count charge bordering on breach of peace and threat to life preferred against him by the Police.
The Police prosecutor, Inspector Steven Molo, told the court that the defendant committed the alleged offences on June 27 at about 3:30p.m.
Molo alleged that Omadime conducted himself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by threatening the complainant.
