The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has released a list of Nigerian songs and videos banned for a couple of reasons.

 
The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has released a list of Nigerian songs and videos banned for a couple of reasons.

OAP Yaw Naija shared a list of songs banned by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) last night,18th of August, via social media. He tagged the image "songs labelled ‘Not To Be Broadcast’ (NTBB) by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC)".
 
The highlight of the new directive is the ban of the trending "Fans Mi" video by Davido featuring American rapper Meek Mill over the use of controversial substance among others.
 
Reasons for banning the songs include ‘obscene video, drug trafficking, vulgar lyrics, violence, among others.
 
This is not the first time NBC would place a ban of certain songs. Songs that have been banned before now include Shoki by Lil Kesh, Zule Zoo’s Kerewa, Konga’s Baby Konga among others.
