Oldest Woman in Anambra State Dies at the Alleged Age of 153 (Photos)

A South-eastern woman crudely believed to have been the oldest woman in the country of over 180 million people has passed away.

According to the report shared by a Facebook user, the oldest woman in Umuawulu, Anambra died last weekend at the alleged age of 153.   
The woman failed to make it to the Guinness Book of Records for reasons yet unknown as she surpasses her elderly counterpart, Emma Morano who has also kicked the bucket.
 
Emma Morano, who used to be the world's oldest person, died at the age of 117. Born on November 29 1899.
 
Ms Morano was also believed to have been the last surviving person in the world who was born in the 1800s. She died while sitting in an armchair at her home in Verbania, a town on Lake Maggiore, Italy.
