According to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, some Lagos properties have been traced to the former minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison Maduekwe.

The former minister who is being prosecuted by the EFCC has been on exile since the birth of the President Muhammadu Buhari's administration. The building and several other properties are worth several millions of naira.
