A woman who was born without a v*gina, is hoping that a life-changing surgery can help make her feel like a proper woman.

Kaylee Moats

This is Kaylee Moats, a young woman born without a vagina who now hopes that life-changing surgery will allow her to have s*x with her boyfriend and "feel like a woman".

According to Daily Star UK, Kaylee Moats was born with Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome, meaning she has no cervix, uterus, or vaginal opening.

The graphic designer, 22, said: "When I first found out about my condition my mom was with me at the gynaecologist.

"I was heartbroken and confused when the doctor came in and told me he didn't see a uterus in the ultrasound.
"I was scared for the future because I didn't know… how I would be able to have my own family one-day."

Ms Moats was diagnosed when she turned 18 without having her period and visited a gynaecologist.

She continued: "I would always wonder like where do you even put your tampon if I were to start my period.

"I couldn't see where I could put it in down there. I still ovulate… it just gets dissolved into my ovaries instead of being released."

Kaylee has also been unable to have sex with her new boyfriend, Robbie Limmer, since she has "just a little dimpled skin where the hole should be".

"It took about a month for me to tell him that I have MRKH," she said. "He was confused at first but supportive and said that it doesn't change how he see's me.

"He doesn't really focus on the s*xual side of our relationship because we can't do anything… but I am looking forward to having a sexual relationship.

"I'm a bit nervous to have sex for the first time after surgery because I'm not sure if something is going to go wrong or if it's going to hurt."

Ms Moats, from Gilbert in the US state of Arizona, is now trying to raise funds for her operation since her insurers consider it cosmetic.

"I have all the chromosomes so it's not a gender or cosmetic thing because it's not what's outside that is different," she said.

In the future, Kaylee hopes have children using surrogate eggs from her sister, who wants to help her achieve motherhood.
