'Fake Vigilante' Thief Caught, Beaten to a Pulp While Attempting to Steal from a Student (Photos)

The Bayelsa state Vigilante network have apprehended a suspected phone thief along the popular Tombia-Amassoma road while attempting to steal from a woman.

 
A suspected phone thief who paraded himself as member of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria who attempted to steal a phone from a female student of the state owned Niger Delta University has been apprehended by members of the Bayelsa state Vigilante network.
 
According to the identity card suspected to have been falsified, the culprit goes by the name "Areofurubo Anthony".
 
The suspect who was apprehended on the 19th of August, along the popular Tombia-Amassoma road, has been handed over to the security agencies.
