This female NYSC member was spotted this morning in Ibadan wearing a very long khahi skirt.
The leadership of the NYSC doesn't approve of a skirt as part of the uniform, not to talk of a very long skirt as seen here. A teasing social media user claims she might be a staunch member of the Deeper Life Christian family.
