A Nigerian activist and lecturer barely escaped with his life yesterday after he was attacked by suspected cultists.
Dr. Joseph Odok barely escaped with his life
A lecturer at University of Calabar, identified as Dr. Joseph Odok yesteday survived an assassination attempt on his life by people alleged to be cultist in Calabar, Cross River State capital.
Apart from being a lawyer, Joseph is an activist. He was left almost unconscious with terrible machete cuts all over his body. He is being currently treated at an undisclosed hospital in Calabar.
