The face of a heartless boy who brutally murdered his classmate for refusing to give him biscuit has been revealed.

The first picture of the teenager who killed tragic schoolboy Bailey Gwynne has been revealed. According to The Sun, Daniel Stroud stabbed his schoolmate through the heart in a row about biscuits in the corridor of Cults Academy, Aberdeen.
For nearly two years his identity has been hidden due to reporting restrictions. Bailey’s family have no such protection and revealed they’ve struggled to cope with the attention. But on the day Stroud celebrates his 18th birthday behind bars the Sun can reveal his name for the first time.
An insider said: “It doesn’t seem fair that he kills another kid but gets to hide away.
“It’s only right that now everyone knows who he is and what he’s done.”
During his murder trial in 2016 babyfaced Stroud anxiously bit his nails as details of his private life were revealed in court. The part-time McDonald’s worker said he was constantly teased about being fat and took weapons to school to try and impress the other kids.
In an interview with cops played to the jury he said: “I never fitted in. I was just trying to be cool.”
During the interview, filmed hours after Bailey was killed, Stroud burst in to tears as he spoke about family problems. He told how he contacted his parents and told them he loved them as he waited for cops to come and take him from him the school. Bailey, 16, and Stroud clashed during their lunchbreak at the top state school in October 2015.

Pals said Bailey, who dreamed of becoming a marine, refused to give Stroud a biscuit. And the pair squared up when someone called Bailey’s mum Kate “fat”. Moments later Stroud stabbed Bailey with the 8ins pen knife and he collapsed moments later in front of horrified teachers and kids.
Experts said Bailey was doomed because his injuries were so severe. We told how Stroud smirked as he sat in the dock when he was cleared of murder. He was later given a nine year jail sentence for killing Bailey and carrying weapons in school.
In a tribute to her boy, Kate said: “Our sweet boy with a big dream working hard to make it happen.
“A boy who was never happier than when chilling out with his friends and his dog after a session in the gym.”
