A speeding car has rammed through the perimeter fence of the camp holding those displaced by flood in Makurdi, the Benue State capital.
The accident scene
An accident occured at the internally displaced person (IDP) camp in Makurdi, the Benue State capital on Thursday at about 4:27 p.m. when a Toyota Corolla rammed through the perimeter fence of the camp.
According to
Premium Times, though no life was lost in the crash, the lone driver, lost consciousness, as bystanders helped keep him stable and pull his car out of the drainage which it overshot to hit the brick fence.
