Music executive, Ubi Franklin escapes death by inches this Tuesday morning, as fire guts his house in Lagos Island.

Music star, Iyanya's former manager and the CEO of Triple MG music label, Ubi Franklin's Lagos home was gutted by fire this Tuesday morning, September 26th.
The record label executive and businessman who took to his Instagram to share photos of the burnt part of his home online, said he woke up to find his house on fire. Thankfully, the fire has been put out.
