The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Mark Uchendu a member of the President Goodluck Jonathan Campaign Organisation in the South East has said that majority of the Igbo people see Muhammadu Buhari, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a dictator who does not deserve their support.
Uchendu, who is a son of Imo State claims Buhari has not changed since his dictatorial days as he plans to jail political opponents, Uchendu said, “like he did as a military President, so it will be difficult to get the support of our sons and daughters in Igbo land because we believe in democracy which President Goodluck Jonathan represents.”
Uchendu concluded by saying: “we have observed that Buhari will never change, he still believes that he is a military man and that is why Nigerians will not vote for him. The Presidential candidate of the APC said in Port Harcourt that he would jail corrupt Nigerians. As usual, he is talking like a dictator that he is. He does not appreciate the rule of law.”
