As Nigeria celebrates its 57th Independence anniversary on Sunday, President Muhammadu Buhari, has departed to Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.

President Muhammadu Buhari is on his way to Maiduguri, Borno State Capital, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, confirmed today.
A source at the presidency also confirmed that Buhari left for Maiduguri to celebrate the 57th independence anniversary of the country with soldiers.
