President Muhammadu Buhari has presented Mrs Aishah Ahmad to the Nigerian Senate for confirmation as Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria.
The President is also seeking Senate confirmation for the appointment of four new members of the CBN's Monetary Policy Committee.
The four nominees are to replace four @cenbank MPC members, whose tenure expires at the end of this year.
The MPC nominees are: -
1. Prof Adeola Festus Adenikinju
2. Dr Aliyu Rafindadi Sanusi
3. Dr Robert Chikwendu Asogwa
4. Dr Asheikh A. Maidugu.
