A young man is currently regretting why he allegedly stole a motocycle which was not registered after he was sentenced to prison by a court sitting in Osogbo, the Osun state capital.

Thirty-five-year-old Samson Muftau is to spend the next three months in jail for stealing an unregistered motorcycle, according to an Osogbo Chief Magistrates’ Court ruling on Friday.
Wahab had pleaded guilty to a three-count charge bordering on theft and conspiracy brought against him.
Magistrate Ashiru Ayeni, who handed down the verdict, said the convict should be kept at Ilesa Prison having found him guilty.
He, however, granted the convict an option of N 5,000 fine.
Police Prosecutor Rasaki Olaiwola had told the court that Wahab committed the offences on Oct. 13 at Labete area of Kajola in Osogbo.
Olaiwola said the convict conspired with a man still at large to steal an unregistered motorcycle with chassis no. QJ15OFFMG21083099 .
The offences contravened Sections 413, 413 (1) and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Osun 2003.
