According to fresh reports the Adamawa state government has appointed a man to oversee women affairs in the state.

The Adamawa state government has appointed a man as the commissioner in charge of women affairs in the state, according to a journalist, Bashir Ahmad,
The newsman took to his twitter page this Tuesday morning, September 1, to reveal that Governor Bindow of Adamawa state has made history by appointing one Aliyu Bello Aliyu as the first male commissioner for Women Affairs.
He wrote:
"Adamawa State Government appoints male commissioner for Women Affairs. Huh?
"Gov. Bindow of Adamawa State made history, appointed Aliyu Bello Aliyu as the first male commissioner for Women Affairs."
