Bus Driver Dies In Fatal Road Accident With Keke Napep

A tricycle driver has found himself in serious trouble after he reportedly rammed into a bus driver leading to his death.

A tricycle rider, Mr Goodluck Amuebe has landed in trouble after he hit a bus driver in an accident on the highway in Lagos.
 
According to a report by PM Express, the late bus driver was identified as Olaberinjo Femi. He died in the process and Amuebe was arrested and charged before a Lagos court for murder.
 
The incident happened at Mafon area along Idimu/Ejigbo Road in the outskirts of Lagos. People were surprised over the death of the bus driver despite the fact that the tricycle with registration number, LND 541 QE was seriously damaged.
 
However, the tricycle rider was not hurt whereas the deceased driving the bus with registration number, AKB 93 B died with much damage to his vehicle.
 
It was gathered that when the accident happened, Femi was reportedly injured and was taken to a hospital where he eventually died. Consequently, Amuebe was arrested and charged before Ejigbo Magistrates court for murder.
 
He pleaded not guilty.
 
The presiding Magistrate, Mr Akeem Fashola granted him bail in the sum of N250,000 with two sureties in like sum.
 
Amuebe was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition. The matter was adjourned till 27 November, 2017. Both families were trying to settle the matter out of court as they viewed the death of Femi as being beyond the ordinary.
