Alao thanked the union for the cooperation the commission had enjoyed from the body over the years and also appreciated Akwa Ibom Government for building good roads for motorists.

Responding, Albert promised to maintain the good working relationship between the union and FRSC.

The chairman noted that road safety was critical to the wellbeing of the society. He appealed to government to equip the commission for effective service delivery.

Albert said FRSC personnel conducted themselves in orderly manner while on routine checks and traffic control. He promised that the union and its members would join hands with the commission to enlighten the populace and motorists during the EMBER months.
