Music lovers in Nigeria have often witnessed clashes of interests between record labels and their artists and yet another one is in the offing.

According to unconfirmed reports making rounds online, Nigerian Singer, Saeon is currently in a face-off with her Record label, Baseline Music. Report reveals that she is accusing Baseline of sidelining her while focusing on other acts on the label.
Uti Nwachukwu's alleged girlfriend, expressed her grievances in her new single, "Stori", which was reportedly leaked online. In the song, she spoke on her disappointment with her label for not giving her enough support like they do for her counterparts - Skales and Aramide.
It can be recalled that few months ago, the singer accused Wizkid of charging her N1.5million to feature on her single ‘Boogie Down’ and then failed to promote the song.
As at the time of this report, it is unconfirmed whether Saeon is still with Baseline Records or not.
