A man has been charged with first degree murder for setting ablaze the house of a love rival and going back to take selfie shots in the ruins.

A man who has been accused of setting a rival's house on fire allegedly returned to the scene of smouldering ruins to snatch a 'fire selfie'.
Justin Michael Clum has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree arson and other offences.
The incident, which took place on July 17 in Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Maryland, was a jealous reaction from the 26-year-old, police claim.
Clum had reportedly been drinking vodka with his unnamed girlfriend when she told him that she'd been sexually intimate with another man, according to the Capital Gazette.
Police documents state that Clum was upset and began "freaking out", punching himself in the face saying, "Someone's gonna die tonight," the records state.
After driving to the man's property, Clum allegedly doused the porch in petrol and the house went up in flames and it took 23 firefighters an hour to stop it.
The possible love rival of Clum wasn't at home, but a man, a woman and their 15-year-old daughter were, and they were subsequently rescued by the fire brigade.
Clum and his girlfriend went to a methadone clinic and subsequently drove back to the fire scene, say police, where Clum's girlfriend said he took several photographs of himself in front of the ruins of the house with mobile phone.
