Marcos Alonso Going Back to Spain? Zidane Demands the Signing of Chelsea Defender to Real Madrid

Real Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane, has impressed again under Chelsea's Antonio Conte this season in the Italian's 3-5-2 formation is now the subject of transfer to Real Madrid.

26-year-old Spain international, Marcos Alonso, who has been remarkable since joining Chelsea in the summer of 2016, has been the subject of interest in his home country as Zinedine Zidane wants the EPL star at Real Madrid.
 
According to Spanish news outlet, Don Balon, Alonso who helped Chelsea win the Premier League title in his first season at Stamford Bridge last time outis attracting interest from Real Madrid.
 
It was gathered that Real boss, Zidane has told club president, Florentino Perez to sign the Chelsea defender, after being frustrated with Marcelo and sees Alonso as a perfect replacement.
 
Real were held to a 0-0 draw against Atletico Madrid last night in La Liga. The point leaves the Spanish giants 10 points behind their rivals Barcelona after just 12 games.
 
Lionel Messi and co have won 11 and drawn one of their opening clashes in La Liga, while conceding just four goals.
 
Real are back in action on Tuesday night when Zidane’s men travel to Cyprus to face APOEL in the Champions League group stages.
 
A win would confirm Real’s place in the knockout stages of the prestigious competition.
