Luck has ran out on a notorious thief who has been terrorizing residents of Calabar after he was caught and burnt to ashes.

A suspected armed robber was burnt to ashes after he was caught by angry mob in Calabar, Cross River state capital earlier today.
It was gathered that the angry crowd descended on the armed robber, beating and assaulting him. He was set ablaze by the crowd and his charred remains displayed for all to see.
School children could be seen in the area watching in shock. It is believed the angry crowd descended on the thief due to the high rate of robbery in the area. The police is yet to react to the incident.
